Sweet cherry smoothie
What you’ll need:
about 3/4 cup frozen, dark, sweet cherries (you could also use tart if you prefer)
handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
about 1/2 cup plain kefir
about 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 pitted date
add plant based milk if needed (I use cashew but any kind will work)
What to do:
Soak date in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften
Blend everything together!! And enjoy :)
