Cacao Banana Smoothie

What you’ll need:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter

  • About 1/2 cup of non dairy milk (I love Three Trees oat and seed milk)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 dates

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • Ice cubes

What to do:

  • Throw all ingredients in a blender until smooth, enjoy!
