Sweet cherry smoothie

What you’ll need:

  • about 3/4 cup frozen, dark, sweet cherries (you could also use tart if you prefer)

  • handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • about 1/2 cup plain kefir

  • about 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 pitted date

  • add plant based milk if needed (I use cashew but any kind will work)

What to do:

  • Soak date in hot water for at least 5 minutes to soften

  • Blend everything together!! And enjoy :)
